Elsa shuffled against the rough wooden floors of the old shack. She had been running for a while, running from Hans, Anna, Duke of Weaseltown...A large man came into view. He had an aloof smile and shining eyes. His broad shoulders were the length of the counter in front of him, so obviously he was quite large, and only some fool would think the clerk was the size of an average man. The frightened queen made her way over, shouldering past some objects on a shelf. The clerk saw her and the smile grew.

"Yoo hoo!" He cooed to her. "Big summer blowout!" The man held up a worm out brown bottle. "This is a lotion of my own kind!" Elsa furrowed her brows.
"Um, no thank you sir," she replied respectfully. The man motioned to his left. "Then how about our sauna, yah?" A few young children peered out and waved to Elsa, who waved back shyly.

"I'm good, thanks." She looked around and rubbed her arms. "Is it okay if I just...rest here for a moment? I've been traveling for a while." The clerk nodded and gestured to the door.
"There is a small shed in the back. You're welcome to stay there for now!"
Elsa bowed and thanked him. As she turned to leave, the clerk got up. The wooden chair scraped against the ground.

"If you don't mind me asking," he said while placing a giant soft hand on her shoulder. "What is your name?" Elsa looked at the hand uneasily.
  "Elsa, just Elsa."

"Elsa Just Elsa, would you like to talk? You seem a little down, yah?" The queen sighed and nodded. The clerk took her by the hand and brought her behind the counter. He pulled a plaid curtain between the pair and the counter, blocking them from the outside world.

"This will keep us secretive, yah?" Elsa couldn't help but grin and nod. The man straightened up and stuck out a large meaty fist.
"My name is Steve." Elsa took his first and shook it. "Nice name, Steve."

"Thank you. Let's get down to business. What's eating at your mind, yah?"

Elsa looked up at him with her stunning blue eyes. "On second thought, maybe I should go." She got up to leave, but Steve grabbed her arm.
"Too late, Elsa Just Elsa. I offered help and you took it, yah?"

Elsa sighed. "I guess you're right." Steve patted her hand with his other hairy knuckles. "Now, what's wrong?"

"It...it's my sister," Elsa thought quickly. Revealing her powers furthermore would ruin her even more...Steve looked at her with big curious eyes. "Yah?"

"She just met this guy. I don't...trust him. Anna has only known him for a few hours, and they're already engaged." Steve just about fell out of his chair. "Nah?"
"She did. They asked for my blessing, which I denied, so we kinda argued and...I ran."

Steve rubbed his scrabbly red beard for a few moments. "Ah, sister problems," he announced to himself. "I'm not good with this stuff." Elsa's vertical figure drooped, and Steve watched her for a while. He sighed.

"I can still help," he scoffed. "Maybe you should tell her to meet some more people before marriage, yah?" Elsa nodded and gave a tiny smile.
"Thank you Steve," she bowed to him. "I think I can continue my journey." Steve nodded back. "Good luck out there! It's quite the blizzard, yah?"

Elsa gave a chuckle and walked to the front of the shop. She closed the wooden door behind her, and frowned. "There's more to it than me and Anna, but I couldn't tell Steve, could I?"
Elsa stepped into the snow and trudged on. The saddened queen shivered and pulled her cloak closer around her.
"Maybe I should've stayed in the sauna for a while..."
Okay, so I just wondered what it would be like if Elsa met that shop owner on the mountain. This is what I came up with xD I called him Steve because I have no idea what his real name is. C8 he's funny.
